lots of weights

this facility has lots of weights. it could use more fans in the cardio area, as well as more stair machines.

Many of the classes offered are good, but some of them will make you throw up unless you are really, really fit. The instructors really push you, which is a good thing. They are constantly finding new ways to work your body.
