I tried the Cardio FUNK class - AWESOME! What a great Cardio workout, and I learned new moves! The Kandy & Krome room is very secluded! Who knew Pole dancing would be my new found fitness! I love this place!

Choice Training is a great company. They are very innovative and offer a lot of fitness options that will keep your interest! If you dont like group fitness class's or personal training try the Boot Camp or Pole Dance/fitness. GREAT WORK-OUT!!!
